Pretty good place. Excellent airport employee menu.
It is run by chinese people, so there are some chinese items as well, such as dim sum and noodles. -

If I can rate them zero I would.
I landed the early morning and need a bowl of noodle as comforting stomach.
Found the "seafood" they used was from the " sushi combo " fish slices including salmon hamachi shrimp etc . One each , six pieces in the bowl. I then only finish the noodle but sick for days during my trip after that .
Thank you for ruining my trip . -

I don't really expect much from my airport restaurants, except to be overcharged for mediocre food and service. So in that regard, Hanami didn't disappoint. My only real comment beyond that is the fact that this mess on my plate that they call food was so soggy and over cooked, it really wasn't even fit to serve to pigs.!
Save yourself the time and money, eat elsewhere. The airport would serve the public much better by revoking their lease and saving us who were unfortunate enough to try to eat here.
How do you spell UGGG? -

I stopped by this place during a layover. While I dont expect airport cuisine to be good by any means the service at this place is atrocious. The woman running the register refused to take credit card and would only accept cash when I saw her accept someone else's card right before me. She had the worst attitude and it really put me off. The woman effectively snarled at my mom to not hold up the line even though she wasn't and actually reduced our portion size, probably as retaliation.
The food is pretty mediocre overall, the only item that was even somewhat passable was their charsiu pork. Everything was gross. The portions were also embarrassingly small and then price was overly high.
There's plenty of OK places next to this one, try one or those instead. -

I decided to have a meal during my layover. Hanami looked like the best option out of all the other fried, greasy food options I saw at this food court.
There seems be no "line" at this place. You pretty much order out loud when you're ready. Thinking that I was next in line, there were two other parties that got ahead of me because they decided to yell out their order. One being a flight attendant party. How rude!
Anyway, food is served super fast. I got their Wonton w/ Beef Brisket Noodles. It is an egg noodle soup with steamed veggies with seasoned Brisket and Wonton. The soup is very bland but it balances out in the end since the Brisket has a really strong flavor. Briskets were tender which was surprising!
All in all, Hanami is lucky they don't have competition here! Maybe create a "ORDER HERE" sign?
